A tough weekend for the Team… Anaïs is suffering from a shoulder injury for a few weeks now, and on this hard and demanding track, she cannot do a full run, she makes the decision to not race the qualification afraid to make things worst for her shoulder. Mitch has made a few mistake during his qualification run, and every time a fistful of seconds are lost, when he crosses the finish line he is 81st and 0,02 sec away from the 80th and last qualificative position. Robin on his side got his ticket for the final, even if he recognize riding too cautiously and wasting time. However a little later he learns that his younger brother has been rushed to the nearest hospital by helicopter after a bad crash, he is suffering from internal bleeding. Schocked by this news Robin decides to not race the final. Romain on the 4X gets a good competition until reaching the semi final, however at this point he gets a third place, beaten by Wichman and Slavik, recently first and second place finishers at European Championship. He eventually finish 2nd of the small final which gives him the 6th place of the race. A little time off will help the riders getting a good moral back and get ready for the French Cup in Super Besse.
